IRSEEM and the SPMII PhD school join forces for innovation and entrepreneurship
	IRSEEM, the research institute of ESIGELEC engineering school, organised a whole day devoted to innovation and entrepreneurship, with backing from SEINARI, the Upper-Normandy Innovation Agency, on 11th June 2013. This symposium was part of the Open Innovation project funded by the Interreg IV B European programme and the Upper-Normandy region.

Graduation ceremony : an accolade
	On Saturday 23rd March 2013, the ESIGELEC team paid tribute to the academic success of the 265 2012 graduates at their graduation ceremony.
Training
Students visit ACOME and ACROPOLIS TELECOM
	The companies open their doors to students as part of their studies so that they can find out about their services and professions and gain an understanding of them. Students are immersed in the business world and can take a concrete look into their future career.
The Entrepreneuriales
	ESIGELEC students participated in this new edition of the Challenge and three projects they were associated with won a prize.
PIC and PING Competition on Sustainable Development
	As part of Sustainable Development Week, ESIG'GREEN organised an open PIC (Initiative and Creativity Project) and PING (Engineering Project) competition on 3rd May related to sustainable development.
Research Transfer Innovation
IRSEEM works on eco-mobility
	IRSEEM, the Research Institute of ESIGELEC engineering school, contributed to the PUMAS Project (Urban Platform for Advanced and Sustainable Mobility), which has just finished.
RORO-MAX, a collaborative project with the Grand Port Maritime of Le Havre
	IRSEEM, the Research Institute of the ESIGELEC engineering school, organised a half-day on the RORO-MAX Project on 23rd May in the CISE building (Embedded Systems Integration Campus).
A project chosen for the Carrefour des Possibles
	A project submitted by Pierre Merriaux, a research engineer from IRSEEM, the Research Institute of ESIGELEC engineering school, has been chosen for the new edition of the Carrefour des Possibles.
Corporate Relations
3rd edition of the Work Placement Fair
	The 3rd edition of the Work Placement Fair took place on 13th June 2013 in the Transfer and Innovation area of CISE, IRSEEM's Embedded Systems Integration Campus.
Successful first edition of the Electrical and Electronics Careers Fair
	The Cité des Métiers de Haute-Normandie, situated on the Left Bank in Rouen, hosted the Electrical and Electronics Careers Fair on 30th May.
Three new business-school partnership agreements
	To maintain excellence at ESIGELEC, there has to be an understanding of corporate requirements and a high quality network must be nurtured with industry professionals. With this in mind, three new partnership agreements have been signed in the first term of 2013.
International
ESIGELEC tours China
	Cyril Marteaux, Head of International Relations and Programmes, toured China during May, where he promoted the ESIGELEC, held selection tests in secondary school sixth forms and considered new opportunities for cooperation with our partners.
A new programme for American students
	A delegation of American students came to visit the ESIGELEC for around ten days as part of a nuclear fuel cycle seminar in France.
ESIGELEC-IRSEEM at the Internation Week of Chitkara University
	Chitkara University in Chandigarh, India, held the 1st "International Week" early April. They invited about 10 partners, among which ESIGELEC-IRSEEM.
Social action
Sixth Formers welcomed to “Industry Day”
	On 19th March, ESIGELEC welcomed Sixth Formers to an “Industry Day”, co-organised with the Rouen/Dieppe UIMM (French Metallurgy Industry and Trade Federation) as part of Industry Week.
Handimanagement training at ESIGELEC
	Launched in September 2004, the Handimanagement programme is a training course on the professional integration of disabled people.

	Six ESIGELEC graduates have been mentioned in the press since March 2013.
Initiatives launched by SIGELEC
	SIGELEC, the Association of ESIGELEC graduates, has set up some initiatives for students and graduates of the school.

Bronze medal in 24-hour Challenge
