The ESIGELEC 24-hour Challenge Team has just come third in the Powerboat World Endurance Championship, S 850 category (class 1)!

In fact, the students came a superb second in the Rouen 24-hour powerboat race in May and on 14th July they came 4th in the Augustow championship in Poland.

The 24-hour Challenge association is the oldest association in the school and benefits from the experience of the former graduates, which means that year after year they remain the only student team amongst many professionals to take part in the Powerboat World Endurance Championship. In fact, it won a brilliant 1st place in 2004 and 2008 in the S 850 category.
