Revolution Acte V : Back to School !
On 27 March, ESIGELEC hosted the "Revolution act V Back to School !" event, in association with SIGELEC and J2E (Junior Study ESIGELEC) which was attended by nearly hundred participants.

Students and graduates of the School were able to attend the conference held by Bruno Lescure (class of 92, Director of Public Affairs at Altran) on the subject of : Master Class "How to go from a dream to a success story", as part of the industry week and in partnership with ALTRAN, the Ministry of the Economy, Industry and Digital and the competitiveness pole MOV'EO.

Graduates who have set up companies took part to talk about their experience.

This event, geared towards entrepreneurship, but also innovation, was wrapped up by Didier Pezier, Chairman of the Board of Directors of ESIGELEC and Etienne Craye, Director of ESIGELEC.

The participants also had an opportunity to visit the laboratories and test platforms of the Embedded Systems Integration Campus of IRSEEM, the research institute of ESIGELEC.

The event was concluded on a festive note around a buffet and wine tasting* proposed by the Oenology Club and Nicolas Windsor, an ESIGELEC graduate (class of 96), as well as specialities prepared by the Antilles Freedom and ESIG'Afrik Club, all in a jazzy atmosphere provided by the Zik Club. Finally, ESIG'Mix gave a concert and a dance performance for the last part of the evening !

Interview with Bruno Lescure:

« I work in the development of innovation ecosystems, open innovation.
Integrating in the innovation ecosystem, that's where you need to be, where it is happening: from start-ups, future projects, collaborative projects, school laboratories, SMEs, etc. taking stances, defending interests in favour of innovation growth.
I continually meet actors, leaders and entrepreneurs. It is very stimulating to see young students who want to set up their own company, to coach them in an ideas accelerator.
I try to convey a few key factors for success as I have done today with this master class on "how to transform dreams into reality and a success story".
Community life is fantastic, I recommend it to everyone:  dare and challenge yourself, it is an individual but also a collective challenge to take on projects, to go to areas no one has been before.
We must undertake to please ourselves, follow our path, mill round like start-ups looking for their business model, their solution. And therefore the first company is oneself.
Our potential is unlimited, that is the first message, it is unlimited but it can be accelerated according to the areas, the passions that we have tasted, the experiences in internships, which allow you to give your all.
The message is: dare to start a company but not all alone!  If possible, surround yourself with the best, go quickly, use concepts or a start-up ...identify the best customers, the best investors, partners and others. Everything is possible but it requires preparation, tools, methods, drive and then generally if everything comes together, anything can succeed! ".
